Recently graded Good by OFSTED in 2023, Jasmine House School has gone from strength to strength, developing a highly skilled staff team to support a wide range of learning needs.

At Jasmine House School our Vision is that all of our young people are supported by an inclusive, nurturing and child centred approach based on mutual respect and unconditional positive regard. We are committed to promoting independence, self esteem and self understanding.
We offer a personalised, aspirational and ambitious curriculum based on individual learning needs and foster an environment where all learners feel safe, are treated equally and can recognise their own value.
Our aim is that each young person understands the ways in which they can contribute to their community and be a responsible member of society.

We work hard to re-engage young people in their Education. We do this by working closely with parents/carers to set out and achieve personal improvement targets.
Highly Skilled Staff Team
We have a highly skilled staff team, who all have experience of working in Special Needs Education. Staff have many different qualifications and skills to enable us to deliver our ambitious curriculum.
Accredited Outcomes
We want all of our pupils to achieve the highest possible outcomes, we offer Unit Award certificates, Entry Level, Functional Skills and GCSE qualifications

Child Protection and Safeguarding Children

Jasmine House Safeguarding and Child Protection procedures, policy documents and training programme are in line with updated Government and Policy Legislation. Staff are issued a copy of the Child Protection Procedures. Staff receive regular training and updates. A copy of our Safeguarding Policy is made available to Parents/carers, social workers, placing authorities and other significant stakeholders. Jasmine House sets out clear guidelines and expectations with regards to appropriate relationships between all staff and the young people. Jasmine House provides a very safe, caring and personal support in which all young people will be given full emotional support without it being detrimental to their safety and well-being. All staff are aware of their responsibilities for Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
Jasmine House
has a duty of care and therefore a responsibility to pass on any child protection and safeguarding concerns to the relevant children’s social care services.
